Entries for the EMCOS Summer Auto Solo and PCA at Cheltenham Racecourse have now closed.
Signing on is electronic and in advance. You now need to sign on. Please ensure you complete and return your signing on form by July 15th. Please email completed signing on forms to emcosrally@gmail.com
You may ignore the parts of the declaration form that refer to rally specifications.
To keep socially distanced and save time on Sunday you may photograph/scan your license and membership cards and email them to emcosrally@gmail.com. Alternatively you may report with your license and membership card to the Entries Sec on Sunday. You will be asked to leave your cards on the table and step back whilst she checks them without out touching them. You can not sign on / declare you are covid free on Sunday. This must be done by the 15th.
Maps and car numbers are now available to download and print.
Check the entry list for your group (A,B or C) and your entry number.
You will need to print your own car number and display on both sides of the car in a rear window. Just print the one page that relates to you in the pdf file.
As per covid requirements, no printed documentation will be provided by the organisers
Marshals should sign on in advance using the ‘Officials Signing On form’ and email it to the entries secretary
